Thank you for shopping at DeMarco Watch Co. We strive to provide our customers with high-quality timepieces and excellent service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with original box and warranty card/paper.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges If you find that the watch you purchased is defective or damaged upon receipt, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us immediately with details of the product and the defect.
Warranty All our watches come with a 36-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or neglect.
If you encounter any issues covered by the warranty, please contact us promptly, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

PREORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Preorder Delivery: We expect that your preorder will be fulfilled within 6 months from the date of purchase. If, for any reason, we're unable to deliver your watch within this timeframe, you will be entitled to a full refund of your preoder payment
Payment: Payment for preorder items is required in full at the time of purchase. This ensures that your item is reserved and prioritized for delivery as soon as it becomes available.
Cancellation: You may cancel your preorder at any time before the item has been shipped but we cannot refund your preorder unless we fail to ship within 6 months to the date of the preorder
Communication: We will keep you informed of the progress of your preorder and provide regular updates regarding its expected delivery date. If there are any delays or changes to the estimated delivery timeframe, we will notify you promptly.
Refunds: In the event that we are unable to fulfill your preorder within the 6-month timeframe, you will automatically receive a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
