Thank you for shopping at DeMarco Watch Co. We strive to provide our customers with high-quality timepieces and excellent service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with original box and warranty card/paper. The plastic stickers must not be removed.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges If you find that the watch you purchased is defective or damaged upon receipt, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us immediately with details of the product and the defect.
Warranty All our watches come with a 24-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or neglect.
If you encounter any issues covered by the warranty, please contact us promptly, and we will assist you in resolving the matter.
Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are sometimes bundled in with a sale price and will be notated at checkout.
